COM 3/4: Neptune Power Make Up!

Another commission for :iconKaumiThompson: who request Sailor Venus, Mercury, Neptune, and Uranus wallpapers. This is a Sailor Neptune wallpaper obviously and I found this very pretty headshot of her so I just had to use it. I cut her head in half (no gross images people xD) and faded the left side because if I didn't do that then the whole thing would have been faded if I didn't do it properly so just for safeness I did it in two parts.  I hope you like it!
